Ingredients

  • 1 cupchanna dal
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tspred chilly powder
  • 1 tspchaat msala
  • for chaat
  • 1big chopped boiled aalu
  • 1chopped tomato
  • 2 tspimli chutney
  • 1lemon juice
  • 1/2 tspchopped chillies
  • 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspchat masala
  • as per tastesalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and soak dal overnight

  2. 2

    Drain all water and dry up under fan

  3. 3

    Now deep fry it

  4. 4

    Mix salt chili powder and chaat masala and pour dal in this masala mixture. masala is coated on dal now

  5. 5

    Take a bowl mix all ingredients of chaat and also channa dal

  6. 6

    It is ready to serve
