Ingredients

  • 5medium size boiled potatoes mashed
  • 1big onion chopped
  • green chili 1 chopped
  • green coriander leaves chopped 2 tsp
  • 1/2 tea spoonred chili powder
  • 1/4 tea spoongaram masala
  • 1/4dry mango powder
  • 1/2 tea spoonturmeric powder
  • 1 tea spoonaniseed
  • to tastesalt
  • 400 gmwheat flour
  • Ghee/refined oil as per requirement
  • 1 tsprefined oil for the dough

Steps

  1. 1

    Add 1 tsp refined oil in wheat flour, add salt to taste and make a fine dough with the help of water. Take all the ingredients and mix well.

  2. 2

    Now take a small ball of dough and make roti with the help of rolling pin, apply ghee on it, place a small ball of potato mixture, cover it from all sides and roll again with light hands.

  3. 3

    Fry it on a non stick pan with ghee/refined oil till golden brown. serve hot with veg raita and green chutney.
