Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1/3 cupthai red curry paste or whatever..
  2. 1 cupcoconut milk
  3. 2limes thinly sliced as sour as cookpad
  4. 4,200gm salmon fillets skin removed like cookpad has skinned us....
  5. 1coriander, green onions, fried shallots, and Chilli sauce to serve

Steps

  1. 1

    Pre heat oven to 200°Celsius

  2. 2

    Mix together curry sauce and coconut milk set aside

  3. 3

    Divide sliced lime between 4 sheets of non stick baking paper and top with salmon

  4. 4

    Spoon over the curry mixture and fold over the edges of the paper to enclose the salmon

  5. 5

    Pop on baking tray and bake for 10-15 minutes

  6. 6

    When cooked open up and top with coriander, green onion, and shallots serve with chilli sauce

  7. 7
