Ingredients

  • 10 ozshredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cupricotta or paneer cheese
  • 1/3 cupsour cream
  • 15 ozcan of chickpeas
  • 1 tbspolive oil, extra virgin
  • 1/4 cupmargarine, butter , or ghee
  • 1/3 cupsweet geen peas
  • 1 tspground black pepper
  • 1 tspgranulated garlic powder
  • 1/3 tspsalt
  • 1/4 tspsesame oil optional

20 mins
  1. 1

    In a wok or pan heat oil and ghee add cabbage add pepper salt and garlic

    Cook 3 minutes till cabbage shrinks add chickpeas stir in well add paneer and sour cream

    After you have incorporated all the ingredients remove from heat add sweet green peas add sesame oil

    Stir in well let sit 2 minutes serve hope you enjoy
