Ingredients

  1. 2 lbStew meat
  2. 4 largecarrots sliced
  3. 2 mediumonions chopped
  4. 1 stalkCelery sliced
  5. 3 largepotatoes chopped
  6. 1 1/2 cupcorn
  7. 1 tbspworcestershire sauce
  8. 1 1/2 tspsalt
  9. 1 tspblack pepper
  10. 1 tsppaprika
  11. 2 cupbeef broth
  12. 1 clovegarlic diced
  13. 1bay leaf
  14. 3/4 cupflour

Cooking Instructions

    Mix Flour, Salt, and pepper. Dredge meat in mixture.

    Sear over med-high heat till browned.

  3. 3

    Add meat and remaining ingredients to crockpot. Mix well.

  4. 4

    Cook on low for 10-12 hours, or on high for 4-6 hours.
