Boil water in a pan then add the noodles and cook until soft

Drain the hot water then pass cold water through the noodles and set aside.

In another pan. Spread your cooking oil then add ginger and garlic. Cook till a nice golden brown.

Next add miso paste, Soy sauce and water.

When it comes to a boil add the roasted pork and coriander and stir. Cook for a minute then it's ready.

In a bowl add the noodles and sea weed

Next pour in the stock and mix.
