Separate egg whites and leave to warm for 10 mins

Preheat oven to 140 degress

Whisk egg whites until a peak forms. Add food colouring and flavoring

When firm take a tablespoon and put into small golf size balls on baking paper.

Add marshmallows to the top of the meringues
