1/3 cupchopped parsley
1 eachcucumber
1 cupcherry tomatoes
1 eachkale leaf
1/2 eachonion, chopped
1salt
1black pepper
1fresh lemon juice

Processcauliflower in food processor until resembles rice

Pulse cucumber, onion, destemmed kale and parsley until well combined

Add salt pepper, lemon juice, mix everything together
