  • 2 cupwater
  • 10 largeSHIITAKE mushroom
  • 40 gramsginger lightly smash

    Presoaked dried shitake mushroom for 1 hour till soft and almost double in size

  2. 2

    Put all ingredients into pressure cooker on high for 20 minute
