Cut avacado in half, remove pit.

Bake at 350 for 10-15 min

This one has jalapeño, bacon, cheddar cheese, and a Wasabi mayo.

Italian has red sauce, mushrooms, pepperoni, and some crushed red pepper

Breakfast has egg (the yolk fits nicely where the pit was) bacon or sausage and cheddar chese.
