Ingredients

  1. 1Canola Cooking Spray
  2. 3 cupFlour
  3. 1 tspSalt
  4. 1 tspBaking Soda
  5. 1 tspCinnamon
  6. 2 cupSugar
  7. 3Eggs
  8. 1 1/2 cupOil
  9. 2 tspVanilla
  10. 2 cupChopped Apples
  11. 2 cupChopped Pecans

Cooking Instructions

    Stir together dry ingredients (flour, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon) and set aside.

    In large mixing bowl, beat sugar, eggs, and oil. Add dry ingredients to batter and mix just until blended.

    Stir in vanilla, apples, and pecans into batter. Pour batter into prepared loaf pans.

    Bake for 1 hour, 20 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean. Makes 2 large loaves or 6 mini-loaves.
