2 1/4 cupSugar
1/2 tspSalt
4 cupHeavy Cream
4 1/2 tspVanilla
5 cupMilk

Steps

Mix sugar and salt together. Pour in heavy cream and beat well. Add vanilla, and beat.

Add milk slowly, beating well. Pour into gallon freezer.

(For chocolate, add 20 Tblsp Cocoa to mix.)
