Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cupSugar
  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • 4 cupHeavy Cream
  • 4 1/2 tspVanilla
  • 5 cupMilk

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix sugar and salt together. Pour in heavy cream and beat well. Add vanilla, and beat.

  2. 2

    Add milk slowly, beating well. Pour into gallon freezer.

  3. 3

    (For chocolate, add 20 Tblsp Cocoa to mix.)
