Ingredients

  1. 100 gramszucchini, quartered
  2. 100 gramsFrozen Spinach
  3. 100 gramsWhite button mushrooms, sliced
  4. 1 tbspCoconut oil

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Chop up vegetables and set aside.

  2. 2

    Heat coconut oil in a pan over medium heat. Add in sliced mushrooms and zucchini and cook for 5mins.

  3. 3

    When mushroom and zucchini have soften a little, add in spinach and continue cooking.

  4. 4

    Serve warm with some scrambled eggs or chicken and sweet potato
