I'm trying new smoothies to help with my weight loss. I get some recipes from Pinterest, IG and YouTube, however some I just make up as I go and not all are good but some are just delish. Ingredients

1/2 cupCherry, blueberry & blackberry frozen mix
1/2 cupFage Greek yogurt
1/2 smallBanana
1 cupUnsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
2Scopes of Vanilla Whey Protein powder

Steps

In a blender add almond milk first, then yogurt & banana. Next will be the frozen berry mix then powder. Blend according to your blender instructions or to your preference.

I add a handful of spinach when I want a green smoothie. Doesn't change the taste in a bad way :-)
