My sweetheart is from London England and he raved about these and how much he missed them so he finally convinced me to make somewhat of an American version of them. I have yet to master making my own puff pastry so for the moment I just use the store brand.

Steps

Defrost puff pastry according to package directions.

Cut pastry sheets into thirds or at the folds.

Divide sausage into logs lay on the outer edge of puff pastry and roll up and seal edges

Place on a cookie sheet or sheet pan at this point you can either cut into bite sized pieces or cut the rolls in half it all depends on how you want to serve them.

Place in a pre heated oven set to 350°F. And bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden Brown.

Serve with Colmans mustard or Branston Pickle. These can be served cold. And enjoy
