Pop out mushroom stems. finely chop mushroom stems

Brown sausage and saute onion and garlic. Add mushroom stems. let cool

In seperate bowl, combine cream cheese and egg yolk and parmesan cheese. Add sausage mixture. Mix and firm up in refrigerator

Stuff each mushroom, bake at350 for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown
