Ingredients

  1. 2.2 lbschicken breast, cut into long strips, marinated with:
  2. 3 clovesgarlic, minced
  3. 1 pinchblack pepper
  4. 1 pinchcumin
  5. 1 pinchpaprika
  6. Juice of 1 lemon
  7. 1 tablespoonolive oil
  8. Sliced onion (optional; I like to add onion)
  9. Sliced bell pepper
  10. 1 pinchmixed spices
  11. Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate the chicken and let it sit as long as possible to absorb the flavors.

  2. 2

    Heat a skillet and add oil. Add the onion and sauté (optional).

  3. 3

    Add the chicken and cook, then add the bell pepper and salt. Cook until done.

  4. 4

    Serve with French fries and pickles.
