Half peppers lengthwise-leaving on stems. Remove seeds.

Stuff halves with softened cream cheese
3

Put a piece of fajita meat on cheese
4

Wrap each stuffed pepper with bacon
5

Put peppers on baking pan and put in COLD oven
6

Then turn oven on 425°F and cook until bacon is crisp
7
