1/2 eachbanana
1 cupblueberries
2 tbsphoney
1milk (I use whole milk)

Steps

Combine all ingredients, fill with milk or whatever liquid you would prefer and blend until it is the consistency you prefer. This is wide open for plenty of add-in ingredients, do enjoy and have fun.

Just want to thank you all that follow, I don't post recipes that often because I'm to focused on feeding my daughter and pregnant gf. so for those of you that follow me, thank you. I will work on posting recipes more.
