Ingredients

  • Main
  • 300 gramscauliflower, cut into bite size
  • 1small carrot, sliced thinly
  • 1red chilli, big, remove seed and sliced into thin shreds (please use glove)
  • 1bean curd, small, sliced into bite size
  • Other
  • 3 tbspcooking oil
  • 100 mlstarch water (5ml starch flour mixed in 100ml water)
  • 2 tbsplight soya sauce

  1. 1

    Heat cooking oil in frying pan using low heat. Stir fry bean curd till browned.

  2. 2

    Add in cauliflower and carrot. Stir fry till cauliflower is well cooked using medium heat. Add in chilli and light soya sauce. Mixed well.

  3. 3

    Turn off the heat. Remove frying pan from stove. Add starch water. Mix well till cauliflower coated with gravy.

  4. 4

    Ready to serve with rice.

Love to cook and experiment with new cooking methods in addition to traditional stir fry recipes. Living in Singapore, a fantastic place to eat and experience (almost) every kind of cuisine in the world. There are 5 hawker center within my current neighborhood, I would go there for quick meal if I lazy to cook. My favorite food in hawker center include chicken rice, yong tau foo, lor mee, wanton mee, nasi lemak, cai png, bak chor mee, laksa, herbal mutton soup, ah balling, fried kway teow, curry chicken noodle, kopi O.
