Pheni is most popular in Punjab.some twist in my recipe ,I used sweet pheni filling in my samosa.
Steps

Transfer all purpose flour in a mixing bowl add 1-2 tsp powder sugar and 1 tsp oil and mix well.

Add enough water and make a dough.rest for 1/2 hour for dough.

Heat ghee in a pan add pheni and chopped nuts and roasted for 4-5 minutes on low flame.switch off the flame and add powder sugar and mix well.

Now roll a thin roti in a dough.

Cut in to 2 parts.

Make a samosa shape and fill the roasted pheni filling.

Heat oil in a wok add ready samosa and deep fry till golden brown.

Now ready innovative samosa snacks.
