Firstly moong dal ko grinder mein dal kar pis Le.

Add chhopd green chilli salt and grated Ginger and chopped coriander leaves and Hing mix well.

Then in a kadai or deep pan combine oil heat in high flame.

Ab Is oil mein vade dalne hai Ar golden brown hone tak low flame Par senk Le.

Remove the vade in kadai.

Hot serve moong dal vade with green chutney.
