Ingredients

  • 5chicken breast cut into strips
  • 3 cupof flour
  • 2eggs scrambled
  • 1Crisco lard
  • 1Cajun seasoning
  • 1garlic powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Melt lard in large pot

  2. 2

    Mix Cajun seasoning and garlic powder with the chicken enough to coat all chicken

  3. 3

    Dip chicken into flour

  4. 4

    Dip into scrambled egg mix

  5. 5

    Dip back into flour

  6. 6

    Let chicken sit for 5 minutes

  7. 7

    Then dip back into flour again

  8. 8

    Place chicken into hot grease and fry until crispy golden brown and done

  9. 9
