1 1/2 tspOlive Oil
1 lbGround Turkey
1Onion, Chopped
2 cupWater
1 canCrushed Tomatoes (28 ounce)
1 canKidney Beans (16 ounce)
1 tbspGarlic, minced
2 tbspChili Powder
1/2 tspPaprika
1/2 tspDried Oregano
1 tspGround Cayenne Pepper
1/2 tspGround Cumin
1/2 tspSalt
1/2 tspGround Black Pepper

Steps

Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat. Place turkey in the pot, and cook until evenly brown. Sir in onion, and cook until tender.

Poor water into the pot. Mix in tomatoes, kidney beans, and garlic. Add seasonings. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer 30 minutes.
