1 stickgarlic and herb butter
2 slicebread (your choice)

Melt a 1/4 inch portion of the butter in frying pan. Add the 2 slices of bread and fry till golden, approximately 2 mins on medium heat. Flip bread and fry the other side. It may be necessary to add a little more butter.
