Ingredients

3 servings
  • 1 dozenOreo Cookies
  • 2 cuppancake batter
  • 1 tspvanilla extract (optional)
  • 2 cuppeanut oil (vegetable or canola works too)
  • 1powdered sugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Chill oreos in freezer for 5-10 min

  2. 2

    Prepare pancake batter

  3. 3

    Add 1 tsp of vanilla to pancake batter

  4. 4

    Heat oil @ 350°

  5. 5

    Dip oreos into pancake batter and deep fry for 30s-1min on each side.

  6. 6

    Sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy!!!!!!!
