Preheat oven to 350

In a glass baking dish, lay chicken breasts in a row.

Spoon out apricot preserves over chicken. Pour Russian dressing over that. Sprinkle soup mix over that.

Add 1/4 cup of water

Cook, uncovered, for an hour. Drizzle sauce over chicken when finished. Serve with salad and green beans.
