Ingredients

  1. 3 lbBeef Pot Roast
  2. 1Vidalia Onion
  3. 3Fresh Carrots
  4. 3Fresh Celery
  5. 1Sweet Bell Pepper
  6. 2 tbspChopped Garlic
  7. 1 envelopePot Roast Seasoning (your choice)
  8. 1 cupwater
  9. 3 tbspolive oil, extra virgin
  10. 2 tbspWorcestershire Sauce

Cooking Instructions

30 mins
  1. 1

    Place beef roast into the crock pot

  2. 2

    Using a knife, make cuts all over beef roast

  3. 3

    Put chopped garlic into holes using your hands and olive oil

  4. 4

    Chop all vegetables and add to crock pot

  5. 5

    Empty Seasoning packet over ingredients and mix well

  6. 6

    Add water and mix well, using hands. Then add Worcesteshire sauce.

  7. 7

    Turn crock pot on high and cook for 4 hours. Or turn crock pot on low and cook for 7 hours.

  8. 8

    Optional: add spinach to crock pot for even more nutrients
