Steps

Dividethe fish into medium sizes(twice or once per fish).

Cut the onions and tomatoes into small sizes. Then put oil in a pan.

Add in onions fry till soft. Then add the pounded garlic and fry until a sweet aroma is produced.

Then add tomatoes and stir.. Then dissolve royco in 30mls of water and add to the sufuria.

Add in water(1 cup) and salt then let it boil.

Boil for a few minutes. Add in the divided fish.

Cover then allow to boil for 5 minutes.

Serve.
