Wash and diced tomatoes, pepper and onion and set aside. clean fish and set aside

Heat up your pot and pour veg oil into the pot then fried the fish a little bit and remove and add the diced tomatoes, onions and pepper and stir, fry till water dries out

Add knorr cube and salt then add little water if necessary. Allow it like cook for about 15mins, then drop in fish and then the scent leaf, stir and turn off heat.

Serve fish stew with white rice
