Green Rice and Pineapple Pork

Steps

Drain the cherries and reserve the juices

Drain the pineapple and reserve the juices.

Chop the cherries, and carrots.

Fry the pork in a pan with olive oil.

When the pork is almost done add the pineapple, carrots, onions, and cherries. Add the butter simmer 20 minutes.

Add flour and stir till thickened add half a cup of water or more till your sauce is not to thin but not to thick.

Let rest

Heat the juices and water in a pot add the spices and rice stir occasionally. Add butter

Add the coconut flakes and cashew pieces
- 10
Fluff the rice and serve I hope you enjoy!!
