As fish cooks, blend mayo, Chipotle, lime zest and juice, and cilantro. *adjust amounts to your taste

Toss cabbage and carrots in mayo sauce, set aside

Top with fish sliced into bite size pieces

Top with chipotle lime slaw

Drizzle with salsa Verde and garnish with fresh cilantro
