2 servings

3 cupice cubes
2 tbspsugar or equal amt sweetener
1 dashpure vanilla
2 tbsppowdered coffee whitener
2 cupfruit juice (orange punch is a favourite, just reduce the sugar)

Place ice, sugar and juice into a blender.

Using pulse, grind the mixture into a slush.

Add coffee whitener and whip to a froth.

For a real treat, add a whole, raw egg to the mix before whipping.
