Steps

    Peel your plantain and slice, heat your oil and fry. Blend your tomato onion and pepper not too smooth, heat a little oil and pure your blended tomato seasoning to taste. Wisk your egg and pure in your pepper sauce, turn for three minutes. Your egg sauce is ready to serve.
