Poke holes in potato and microwave until done.

Add butter to pan and add mushrooms. Sautee until golden brown.

Either cook bacon and crumble or use pre-cooked bacon bits.

Chop green onion.

Cut open cooked potato. Top with butter, bacon, green onion, cheese, mushrooms, sour cream.
