  • 3eggs
  • 1/2bulb of fennel
  • 2 tbspbutter
  • 1 dashsalt and pepper
  • SPICY GARLIC BUTTER
  • 1 tbspgarlic butter
  • 1/2 tspfine chili powder

    In pan with melted butter sauté fennel for 2 minute then add eggs and let eggs set then season with salt and pepper

    Add fennel dill then fold omelette and off heat

    SPICY GARLIC BUTTER

  4. 4

    Melt garlic butter then add fine chili powder and mix vigorously and off heat then top fennel omelette and serve
