Heat the ghee in a heavy bottomed kadhai, add the greatd beet,over medium flames.

Cook the beets,stirring constantly. Once the oil starts leaving the sides of the beets.add the condensed milk.

Keep stirring and cooking the beets in condensed milk, till it all comes together and the ghee starts leaving the side halwa in the kadhai.

Cook for a few more minutes. Add green cardamom power, dont stop stirring, over low heat and remove from the heat.move to a bowl and serve.
