Ingredients

15 minutes
15 balls
  • 1 cup (100 gm)Sabudana
  • 1 cupgrated raw papaya
  • 1Boiled potato
  • 3-4 tspRoasted crushed peanuts
  • 2Green chilies finely chopped
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper
  • 1 tspwhite Sesame seeds
  • 1 tspmango powder
  • as neededOil to fry
  • as per your tasteRock salt

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Soak Sabudana for, 5-6 hours in water.

    Combine all ingredients except oil. Mix all properly.

    Form lemon size balls.

  4. 4

    Heat oil in a wok. Deep fry on medium flame until golden brown & crispy.

  5. 5

    Serve hot with coconut chutney
