It's Sandwich Week here in the O'Brien Shire! With that, my culinary students were allowed to make any extra cheesy sandwich they wanted to. I thought this stupid easy, extra juicy cheesy recipe was the most delicious of all their recipes! Excellent work you teeny tiny culinary students! Nom nom nom! Great photo's too!

It's Sandwich Week here in the O'Brien Shire! With that, my culinary students were allowed to make any extra cheesy sandwich they wanted to. I thought this stupid easy, extra juicy cheesy recipe was the most delicious of all their recipes! Excellent work you teeny tiny culinary students! Nom nom nom! Great photo's too!
Cooking Instructions

Here's the bulk of what you'll need. Butter, herbs and spices not pictured.

Saute your vegetables in butter and garlic olive oil as needed.

Add your mushrooms once vegetables are slightly translucent.

Your Lipton coated 10 oz patties and both cheeses pictured.
- 5
Add your coated patty to the center of your peppers and mushrooms and fry until done
- 6
Add all four of your cheeses, cover and steam
- 7
Serve with plain dry rye bread crispy steak fries. Don't worry about any dryness. The juices from your burger and your veggies will more than take care of that! Enjoy!

I got the spices from my local butcher, who was selling them in limited quantity. Using those spices, I made a hamburger patty. It's super good!If you can get coarsely ground meat from your butcher, it's even more delicious! Be careful not to over-mix or over-cook! When flipping the burgers, be sure not to press down on them! Eight different sausages from one pound of ground meat patties, pork or lamb. You can make American, Andouille, Italian Mild, Italian Spicy, Latin American Chorizo, Bratwurst, Kielbasa, South African “ boerewors”, Breakfast, and Goa Sausage by just adding a pinch of the right spices and 1/2 tsp flavoring at the time you cook them.Make 1/2 inch thick organic patties, eight per pound, ( the size of a McDonalds burger) as big as a wide mouth mason jar.
