  1. 1 lb.Ahi Tuna (sashimi style)
  2. Avocado
  3. 3 Tbsp.soy sauce
  4. 2 tsp.rice vinegar
  5. 2 tsp.sesame oil
  6. 1 Tbsp.slack & white sesame seeds
  7. Pickled ginger and seaweed salad (for garnish)
  8. 3 Tbsp.mayonnaise
  9. 1 Tbsp.sriracha

Cooking Instructions

    Dice tuna and avocado into cubes.

  2. 2

    Mix together sesame oil, soy sauce, and rice vinegar. Pour over tuna and avocado.

    Mix above ingredients and sprinkle sesame seeds over mixture.

  4. 4

    Garnish with ginger and seaweed salad.

  5. 5

    For sauce: Stir together mayonnaise and sriracha and pour over or mix in with tuna and avocado.
