Ingredients

  • 1/2 packagesmarie biscuits(plain sweet)
  • 1 tbspcocoa
  • 4 ozbutter
  • 300 mlcream
  • 1 tspvanilla essence
  • 1sml pack of Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 2 tspgelatine

Steps

  1. 1

    Crush biscuits add cocoa and melted butter.

  2. 2

    Press into a slice tin.

  3. 3

    Beat cream

  4. 4

    Beat cheese sugar and vanilla essence and gelatine dissoled in a sml cup of water.Add cream

  5. 5

    Spread onto base

  6. 6

    Sprinkle with a peppermint crisp or cinnamon

  7. 7

    Cut into squares when set.Freezes well.
