Ingredients

  1. 1 kgbarbicue lamb chops,or chump chops
  2. 1onion
  3. 1 tspof each spice,mustard,curry,ginger and allspice
  4. 2 tbsptomato sauce
  5. 2 tbspvinegar
  6. 2 tbspplain flour
  7. 2 tbspplain flour
  8. 1salt &pepper to taste
  9. 1roughly about 2 cups of water.
  10. 1 tspsugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Place chops,sliced onions and carrots into casserole dish

  2. 2

    In a small bowl mix all spices and dry ingredients,add vinegar and tomato sauce and mix to a paste.add water,mix well and pour over chops.cover and cook in a moderate oven 180c 350°F for about an hour.
