  2. 1 cupwhole wheat flour (can substitute white flour)
  3. 1 tspbaking soda
  4. 1egg
  5. 1/4 cupvegetable oil
  6. 1/2 cupcreamy peanut butter
  7. 1/3 cuphoney
  8. 1 cupshredded carrots
  9. 1 tspvanilla extract
  10. frosting
  11. 4 ozcream cheese
  12. 1/2 cupcreamy peanut butter
  13. 2 splashmilk

    Preheat oven to 350 ° F

  2. 2

    Combine all cake ingredients in large bowl, mix well.

    Place in a greased 8 inch round cake pan. **I doubled the recipe and used a 9 inch cake pan**

    Bake for 30 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean. **mine was done in 32 minutes**

  5. 5

    Move to wire rack to cool.

    Wait until cake is cool to make frosting! Beat the frosting ingredients until well blended and smooth.

  7. 7

    Frost cake and garnish with dog kibble if you'd like! Keep refrigerated.
