3 handfulsshredded kales
1onion
2tomatoes
10 mlsoil

Steps

Put oil in a pan. Add onions. Fry until soft. Add tomatoes.

Stir and fry until soft. Add salt mix really well. Add the kales fry until the kales shrink in size do this while turning the kales.

Cook for 5 minutes then serve.
