Ingredients

40 mins
  1. 15tomatillios cut in 1/4 pieces
  2. 2 largeonions cut same
  3. 2red or green 1/4 bell peppers
  4. 2whole garlic heads shelled
  5. 1olive oil
  6. 1salt and pepper
  7. 1blacken seasoning
  8. 3jalapenos for heat

Steps

40 mins
  1. 1

    Cut all vegetables in 1/4 pieces keep garlic cloves whole put ingredients in baking tray sprinkle with olive oil salt and pepper and blackened seasoning roast in oven on 375 for 35 min.

    In food processor puree to your liking ! I put mine in mason jar while still hot
