Steps

Mix the flour, cocoa powder and the salt together

Put in another bowl the sugar and oil and mix

Add to step 2 the eggs, natural vinegar, and the vanilla

Put the ingredients of step 1 in the same bowl of step 3

Mix it all together until it becomes soft and creamy

Put it in the oven 180c for app. 40-50 min. (repeat for the second cake step 1-5)

Put the mascarpone in a bowl and whip up until it's creamy
- 8
Put it on the cake, after that put the second cake on top of it. And add more cream on top. Sprinkle some pistachios on the cake and voilà!
