Ingredients

6 servings
  • salad
  • 3/4chinese cabbage
  • 6green onions
  • 100 gramsflaked almonds
  • 100 gramscrunchy noodles (chang's)
  • Dressing
  • 1/4 cupWhite vinegar
  • 1/4 cupcastor sugar
  • 1 tbspsoy sauce
  • 2 tspsesame oil
  • 1/2 cupolive oil

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Combine dressing in saucepan

  2. 2

    Stir over low heat until sugar is dissolved

  3. 3

    Allow dressing to cool and store

  4. 4

    Shred cabbage (slice very thin)

  5. 5

    Slice green onions thin too

  6. 6

    Roast almonds under grill low heat. Watch them or they will burn

  7. 7

    Combine all ingredients just before serving otherwise noodles will go flacid.
