Ingredients

8 servings
  • 6 cupwater
  • 1 cupsweet rice
  • 1 can13.5 oz coconut milk
  • 1 can15.25 oz sweet kernel corn (drained)
  • 3/4 cupsugar (Or to taste)

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine the water and sweet rice in a pot and bring to a boil.

  2. 2

    Simmer for 20 minutes on low heat until tender and stir occasionally to prevent rice from sticking to the bottom.

  3. 3

    Add the corn, coconut milk and sugar. Cook for another 10 minutes. Continue to stir occasionally.

  4. 4

    Can be served hot or cold. Enjoy!
