  13. 1/4 kgBeef - grounded
  14. Spices - if you like
  15. 2 clovegarlic
  16. 1 pinchsalt n pepper
  17. 2 tspgranulated sugar
  18. 2 tbsptomato sauce
  19. cayenne pepper
  20. 3 tbspolive oil, extra virgin
  21. Dressing
  22. 3 piecelime - squeezed no seed
  23. 2 tbspHoney or granulated sugar
  24. 2 tbspfish sauce

    Mix all veggies in a bowl.
