Steps

Break up white chocolate and place in bowl over hot (not boiling) water, do not allow bowl to touch water.

Place three marshmallows on each skewer

Stir chocolate until melted and smooth.

With a teaspoon drizzle chocolate over marshmallows until covered

Place through holes of an upturned strainer to set

Meanwhile take small amount of melted chocolate and keep warm, add chosen colour to remaining chocolate or melt plain chocolate.

When covered marshmallows have set spoon coloured / plain chocolate over end of top marshmallow,to resemble hair / hat

With a cocktail stick or skewer mark facial details with dark chocolate and /or coloured icing.

With cocktail stick or skewer apply chocolate from reserved portion to mini beans and stick to front of snowman to resemble buttons.

It is easier to lay the completed snowmen on their backs to set at this point.
